The partnership aims to train 100,000 African software engineers in 10 years through the Google Africa Developer Scholarship program.

Scholarship program has already provided access to over 61,000 learners across 53 African countries.

Qualified learners get free access to learning paths, expert courses, and can take Google certification exams for no cost.

Over 1,000 developers have qualified to take Google certification exams, with learners benchmarking over 43,500 skills.
